NEWSFLASH! – JoomStew Radio with Jono Bacon

Art of Community book coverThat's right, very special guest and author of the book, The Art of Community, Jono Bacon will be with us live in the studio for this week's JoomStew Radio. You can listen live here at 15:00 UTC Wednesday, July 21, 2010:

We are ecstatic that Jono has made time in his busy schedule to be on our show, and have made arrangements to move the show up 5 hours to accommodate his travel schedule.

Look for a lot of great insight into not only his book, but we'll also ask him to share some stories of other FOSS communities and how they deal with some of the subjects we've covered over the past 10 weeks.

This is also the final show (for now) for my partner in crime Amy Stephen, and I know you won't want to miss a grown man cry on air tomorrow as I realize she won't be back with me next week. Amy and I have clicked right from the beginning as we covered such topics as conflict, measuring community, buzz, governance and many many more subjects that needed to be discussed in and around Joomla.

In the same breath, I'm equally as excited about what JoomStew Radio will be bringing you in the coming weeks as we introduce Alice Grevet as my new cohost, and start to turn the topics toward a little less heavy subjects like our 4 week series on Templates coming up!

Tune in and leave a comment if you have a question you want to ask Jono for tomorrow!
